针灸结合TDP烤药治疗慢性膝关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸结合TDP烤药治疗慢性膝关节炎的疗效。方法:将本院收治的90例慢性膝关节炎患者采用随机对照法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组行针灸治疗,观察组采用针灸结合TDP烤药治疗,评估2组疗效及膝关节活动度变化,对比2组治疗前后骨性关节炎症状分级量化积分、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、膝关节功能评分(Lysholm)变化。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为75.56%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛程度、活动情况分别下降至(3.26±1.13)分、(2.51±1.59)分,与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组膝关节活动增加至(70.64±11.34)°,与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合TDP烤药治疗慢性膝关节炎能够有效改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with TDP roasted drugs in the treatment of chronic gonitis. Methods： 90 cases of patients with chronic gonitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group. The controlled group were treated with acupuncture while the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with TDP roasted drugs. The curative effects and changes of knee joint range of motion in the 2groups were evaluated. The changes of osteoarthritis symptom classification and quantification scores,Japanese Orthopedic Association（ JOA） scores and knee joint function scores（ Lysholm） in the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 33% while of the controlled group was 75. 56%（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,the pain degree and range of motion of the observation group decreased to（ 3. 26± 1. 13） and（ 2. 51± 1. 59） respectively. Compared with those of the group before treatment and those of the controlled group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant（ P0. 05）; after treatment,the knee joint range of motion of the observation group increased to（ 70. 64± 11. 34） degrees.Compared with that of the group before treatment and that of the controlled group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant（ P0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with TDP roasted drugs in the treatment of chronic gonitis can effectively improve clinical symptoms and improve clinical curative effect.
