持续负压封闭引流与中药灌洗联合护理干预在难治性创面中的治疗效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察持续负压封闭引流与中药灌洗联合护理干预在难治性创面中的治疗效果,为该疾病的有效治疗提供科学理论依据。方法:采用随机数字表,随机选择于2013年12月至2014年12月期间来我院诊治的100例难治性创面患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同,将上述患者分为实验组与对照组。实验组使用持续负压封闭引流与中药灌洗联合护理干预进行治疗(51例),对照组使用持续负压封闭引流与中药灌洗进行治疗(49例),观察两组的治疗效果,并对其进行比较。结果:研究结果表明,实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组,差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续负压封闭引流与中药灌洗联合护理干预对难治性创面具有更好的治疗效果,因此,该方法值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。Objective： To study the treatment effects of refractory wound using continuous vacuum sealing drainage and traditional Chinese medicine lavage combined with nursing intervention,so as to provide the evidence for the effective treatment of the disease. Methods： By the method of random sampling, 100 patients with refractory wound from October 2013 to October2014treated in our hospital were considered as research objects. According to different methods,they were divided into two groups.There were 51 patients using continuous vacuum sealing drainage and traditional Chinese medicine lavage combined with nursing intervention for treatment in the experimental group,while there were 49 treated with continuous vacuum sealing drainage and traditional Chinese medicine lavage in the controlled group. The treatment effects were observed and compared. Results： According to the analysis,it showed that the treatment effects of experimental group were significantly better than that of the controlled group.There was statistical significance of the differences between these two groups analyzed by statistical methods（ P0. 05）. Conclusion： It is better effect to use continuous vacuum sealing drainage and traditional Chinese medicine lavage combined with nursing intervention on the treatment of refractory wound. Therefore,this method has the value of promotion and use in clinical practice.
