摘 要:结合浙江某制药企业污水站废气治理工程,介绍高效生物滴滤反应器在制药企业废水站含多组分挥发性有机物(VOCs)和恶臭(H_2S)废气处理中的工程设计与应用。该工程设计处理气量为5 000 m^3/h,稳定运行后,四氢呋喃、甲苯和氯仿等3种VOCs浓度分别从进口的50~60、约80、约15 mg/m^3降至10 mg/m^3以下,平均去除率分别为85%、90%、60%;对进口浓度约为80mg/m^3的硫化氢的去除率接近100%。该工艺处理效果明显、无二次污染,具有较明显的技术经济优势,可为医化行业废气治理工程提供示范和借鉴。Combined with the exhaust gas treatment project of a pharmaceutical industry wastewater treatment station in Zhejiang, the engineering design and application of an effective biological filter reactor in the treatment of multicomponent volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odorous sub- stances ( n2 S) in exhaust gas from the wastewater treatment station of a pharmaceutical industry were in- troduced. The design capacity of the project was 5 000 m3/h. After the system was stable, the concentra- tions of tetrahydrofuran, toluene and chloroform were reduced from 50 to 60 mg/m3, about 80 mg/m3 and about 15 mg/m3 to less than 10 mg/m3 with average removal rates of 85% , 90% and 60% , respectively. The removal rate of hydrogen sulfide with influent concentration of about 80 mg/m3 was approximately 100%. The process has good treatment effect without secondary pollution and obvious technical advan- tage. It can provide a project demonstration and reference for the treatment of the exhaust gas from the wastewater treatment stations of pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
