摘　　要：在不拆解SF_6断路器灭弧室的情况下,动态电阻法可检测其触头状态,在测得触头动态电阻值并绘制出动态电阻曲线的基础上,构建了SF_6断路器触头状态专家诊断系统。该专家系统利用SF_6断路器出厂动态电阻曲线与运行后所测的动态电阻曲线之间的相关系数及弧触头接触阶段电阻-行程积分面积作为诊断依据,直接从动态电阻曲线中提取并计算相应参数,再依照诊断标准给出触头状态诊断结果。实例验证表明,选择该SF_6断路器触头状态专家诊断系统中两种诊断参数,均可准确诊断出SF_6断路器的触头状态,并可据此提出简单的维修方案。该专家系统是利用动态电阻法检修断路器状态的有力辅助工具。Aiming at the characteristics of the dynamic resistance method that can be used to detect the state of contacts without dismantling SF_6 circuit breakers,and on the basis of obtaining the dynamic resistance curve by dynamic resistance measurement on circuit breaker,a contact state diagnosis expert system of SF_6 circuit breaker was proposed.Firstly,the correlation coefficient between the original dynamic resistance curve and the dynamic resistance curve after putting into use or the resistance-travel integral area in the stage of arcing contact was chosen to be the diagnosis basis of expert system.Then,the corresponding parameters were extracted and calculated by the dynamic resistance curve automatically,and the diagnosis result would be given according to the standard of diagnosis.The application example shows that the SF_6 circuit breaker contact actual status can be diagnosed accurately by the expert system.Thus,it is a useful auxiliary tool of circuit breaker state overhaul by dynamic resistance method.
