摘  要:将脱硫石膏、秸秆、聚苯颗粒按一定比例组合并掺入适量外加剂加水拌合制成新型墙板,其质量轻,干密度为650 kg/m^3,3 d抗压强度超过1.0 MPa,14 d抗压强度超过2.0 MPa,适合作为内墙和围护结构。且由于脱硫石膏是电厂燃气脱硫的副产品,秸秆是农作物的废弃物,聚苯颗粒是餐盒的白色垃圾,因此,新型墙板的推广应用极有助于减轻或避免烟气中SO_3和秸秆燃烧烟尘对大气的污染,聚苯废品造成的白色垃圾以及对其它方面造成的损害。A new light wall-panel was developed by mixing FGD gypsum,crop straw, polystyrene particles,water and additives according to the designed mix ratio. It is light (the dry density is only 650 kg/m3). It's 3 d compressive strength〉1.0 MPa and 14 d compressive strength〉2.0 MPa. They are suitable for partition wall and surrounding wall. As FGD gypsum is byproduct of power plant during flue gas desulfufization,crop straw is the waste after harvest and polystyrene particles are the waste after break up of meal-box. It's application can be a great aid to reduce or prevent atmospheric pollution due to SO3 of smoke,flying ash generated by crop straw burning,white trash of waste polystyrene products and other damages.
