开展地理世情监测的若干思考

摘　　要：国际环境复杂多变,世界经济处于金融危机后的深度调整期,世情、国情、党情步入新常态,迫切需要开展地理世情监测,实施服务经济发展、国防安全、外交商贸、资源开发、能源保障等"走出去"战略。本文分析了地理世情监测的内涵、意义、国内外发展现状、我国开展地理世情监测的已有基础和存在的问题,提出开展常态化地理世情监测的若干建议。The complex international environment, the world economy is depth adjusting to the financial crisis, world situation, circumstances, the party situation which has entered a new normal. It is urgent need to world geographic situation monitoring for economic development, national defense and security, foreign trade, resource development, energy security and other ＂going out＂ strategy. The paper analyses connotation, importance, statues at home and aboard, exist problem of geographical world condition monitor, and put forwards some suggestion for geographical world condition monitor normalized.
