摘　　要：根据我国农村户籍管理制度和土地等生产资料承包到户的现行政策,兼顾农村普查工作的方法特点,本文设计了一种基于Geodatabase的农村基础空间数据库,并构建了农村基础空间数据库,开发了农村基础空间数据查询与展示系统,对于农村信息化建设、"三农"政策、农业普查都具有非常重要的意义。Under the current policy of rural household registration system and land tenure of production, taking into account the characteristics of rural census methods, for the current census database mostly rural village as a unit of the situation, this article is designed based on the rural basic space Geodatabase database, and build a rural elementary spatial database and implement a rural elementary spatial data query and display system for national agricultural census, the establishment of rural information service platform to carry out three rural services and other resources to provide basic information.
