摘　　要：针对目前公交资源消费公平性较低以及公交客流信息严重缺失的问题,以基于GPS(或北斗)和无线通信的公交车辆跟踪调度系统、车载自动报站系统、公交IC卡收费系统为基础,提出了一套公交IC卡计程收费和客流信息实时采集方法。在计程票制、系列票价、换乘优惠等措施配合下,这套方法可低成本获取全面、可靠、及时、连续的客流信息,有助于改善公共交通规划、管理、运营等方面单项决策的科学性和多项决策的协同性。In order to solve the problems of the lower fairness in the consumption of public transportation resources and the serious lack of passenger flow information,a set of mileage-based bus pricing and real time passenger flow information collecting methods are proposed in public transportation system.These methods are based on the GPS bus tracking and scheduling system,auto-announcing system of bus stations and IC card charging system.With the support of the mileagebased pricing,the diversified bus fares,and the concessionary fares for transfer travel or long distance travel,these methods can be used can be used to get the passenger flow information completely,reliably,timely,continuously and economically.This sort of information is helpful to improve the rationality of a single decision and the cooperativity of a set of decisions in public transportation planning,management and operation.
