国产和进口化学发光仪在梅毒螺旋体抗体检测中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的：探讨希森美康化学发光酶免疫分析仪（HISCL5000）和安图化学发光仪（LUMOA2000）在梅毒螺旋体抗体（TPAb）检测中的应用比较。方法：选取我院经过HISCL5000（临界值指数COI≥1）检测的200例和（LUMOA2000（S／CO≥1）检测阳性标本202例，之后使用TPPA进行比对检测，最后选择两者结果不符的标本进行重组免疫印迹验证。结果：安图化学发光仪（AutolumoA2000）和希森美康化学发光酶免疫测定仪（HISCL500（））两类仪器与TPPA比较，梅毒阳性检出率差异无统计学意义（x。=2．202，P〉0．05oTPPA阴性而重组免疫印迹验证结果为单个IgG抗体片段，分别为TmpA和Tpl5，最终判定TP抗体结果为不确定；TPPA和AutolumoLUMOA2000检测阳性，而HISCL5000检测阴性标本，重组免疫印迹验证结果为单个IgG抗体片段Tp453，最终判定TP抗体结果为不确定，TPPA、AutolumoLUM0A2000和HISCL5000检测阳性标本，验证结果为2个以上IgG抗体片段，最终结果为阳性结论：安图化学发光仪（AutolumoA2000）检测梅毒的结果与希森美康化学发光酶免疫测定侧HISCL5000）一样准确，完全可以作为日常筛查方法，满足检验科的临床应用。Objective ： Comparison of the application of HISCL 5000 and LUMO A2000 in the detection of TP-Ab. Methods ： 200 and 202 cases of specimens suspected with syphilis positive（COI ≥ 1 or S/CO ≥ 1 were） detected by chemiluminescence , TPPA were used to carry out the comparison test, finally select both specimens results on restructuring were tested by western blot.Results ： Compared with TPPA, the syphilis positive rate of HISCL 5000 and LUMOA2000 methods had no statistically significant difference （ X 2=2-202, P 〉 0.05）.TPPA negative and reorganization of the western blot test results for a single IgG fragments were, TmpA and Tp15 respectively, finally determining TP-Ab results is uncertain; positive for TPPA and LUMO A2000,but HISCL5000 test negative specimens, reorganization of the western blot test results was single IgG fragments Tp453, eventually determine TP-Ab results for uncertainty; TPPA, LUMO A2000 and HISCL5000 testing positive specimens, the verification results were more than two kinds of lgG fragnlents, the end result is positive. Conclusions ： The results of LUMO A2000 for syphilis are as accurate as HISCL 5000, completely can be used as a routine screening methods which can, meet the clinical application of clinical laboratory.
