摘 要:采用壁厚约为16 mm,强度等级为550 MPa的高强钢材,卷板并焊接制作3根圆钢管短柱,高度约为1 m,外直径约为550 mm。在钢管内填充C30强度等级混凝土,用4 000 t压力机对其进行轴心受压试验,并记录受力全过程曲线。运用3种规范的计算公式分别计算其承载力,并与试验结果进行对比。试验发现:3根高强圆钢管混凝土短柱的荷载-位移曲线非常接近,极限承载力约为30 000 k N,公式计算的承载力与试验结果吻合。Three circular steel tubular short columns were made by rolling and welding steel plates with thickness about 16 mm and strength grade 550 MPa. The column heights were about 1 m and the outer diameters were about550 mm. The steel tubes were filled with C30 concrete,and they were subjected to axial compression by a 4 000 t press machine,and the whole test process was recorded. The formulas from three kinds of design codes were used to calculate the column loading capacity,and the calculation results were compared with the test results. It was found that the load-displacement curves of the three concrete filled high strength circular steel tubular short columns were very close to each other,and the ultimate capacity was about 30 000 k N; and the bearing capacities calculated by the formulas agreed well with the test results.
