摘 要:结合《高强钢结构设计规程》编制工作,针对3种不同强度的高强度钢材焊缝连接的力学性能进行试验研究。分别对9个对接接头焊缝进行拉伸试验,得到3种材料焊缝的拉伸应力-应变关系,通过对18个角焊缝搭接接头进行的拉伸试验观测其破坏形态,并依据平均焊脚尺寸计算了角焊缝的极限强度。试验结果表明,随着钢材强度的提高,焊缝连接受拉破坏形式依然呈延性破坏,但破坏程度逐渐增大且呈现出脆断倾向。数据分析表明,正面角焊缝接头的刚度大于侧面角焊缝,且正面角焊缝的极限强度至少可以达到侧面角焊缝的1.43倍。Based on the compilation of Specification for Design of High Strength Steel Structures,the welds of three different high strength steels were tested to study the mechanical properties. The constitutive relationships of these three kinds of weld materials were got through 9 butt weld tension specimens. The failure modes were observed for 18 fillet weld tension specimens. The ultimate strengths of fillet welds were calculated on the basis of average angle of welding size. The experimental results indicated that with the increase of steel strength,the fracture mode of high strength steel welds was still plastic damage,but the damage level gradually increased and intended to be brittle. The analysis of data showed that the stiffness of the front fillet weld was greater than the side fillet weld and the ultimate strength of the front fillet weld could reach 1. 43 times of the side weld at least.
