摘 要:大跨空间结构的落架施工是将结构由支撑受力转换为结构自身受力(设计状态)的过程,其落架方案合理与否对结构受力过渡、施工安全具有直接影响。采用MIDAS/GTS软件对人行天桥落架过程进行模拟,通过调整临时支撑的弹性模量来模拟分级落架时的工况并制定出合理的落架方案。落架施工时,对桁架结构的变形和应变进行实时监测以保证结构平稳过渡。通过实测挠度、应变与计算挠度、应变的对比可知,整个落架过程结构受力过渡平缓;说明通过软件模拟来指导落架施工准确可行。The removing temporary support construction of large span structure is the process of transforming the structure forced by temporary supports to its design state. The removing temporary support scheme has a direct impact on the force transition rationality of the structure and construction safety. MIDAS GTS software was applied to simulate and analyze the removing temporary support process of pedestrian bridge. By regulating elasticity modulus of temporary supports,removing temporary support condition by steps was simulated to make a reasonable removing temporary support scheme. In the removing temporary support process,the deformation and strain of the truss structure were monitored in real time in order to ensure the structure transiting gradually. Through a comparison of the measured deflection and strain with the calculated deflection and strain,it could be known that it was accurate and feasible to guide the removing temporary support construction by simulation.
