摘 要:采用复材对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维布对不同箍筋锈蚀程度混凝土方柱进行外包加固。通过水平低周往复加载的方式,研究了PET纤维布外包损伤钢筋混凝土柱的约束机理,并通过试验结果分析了箍筋锈蚀对柱进行PET纤维布抗剪加固的影响。试验结果表明:随着箍筋锈蚀率的增大,柱的抗剪承载力下降;损伤钢筋混凝土柱在经过PET纤维布加固后,试验柱的极限承载力得到了明显提高,但PET纤维布的利用率随着箍筋锈蚀率的增大而降低。根据试验结果分析,提出考虑箍筋锈蚀率的PET纤维布抗剪折减系数k_(pf)和PET纤维布加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土柱受剪承载力计算模型,计算值与试验值吻合较好。Polyeethylene Terephthalate( PET) fibers were used to strengthen RC columns with corroded stirrups.Cyclic loading tests were conducted for RC column specimens to investigate the effect of PET wrapping and stirrup corrosion. It was concluded that the shear strength of the specimens decraeased with increasing of degree of corrosion of stirrups,while the ultimate bearing capacity was enhanced obviously after PET sheet strengthening. The efficiency of PET wrapping decrased with increase of degree of corrosion of stirrups. Based on the test results,a reduction factor k_(pf) reflecting effect of corrosion and shear strength prediction model of the corroded RC columns after PET wrapping were proposed,whose calculated results agreed well with test values.
