国外赛马(马术)职业技能标准发展及其经验借鉴

摘　　要：着我国赛马(马术)马场、马会、俱乐部的不断发展壮大,马产业链相关的从业人员的需求越来越大。而这些人才的培养除了社会上少数设有马术职业培训的马术俱乐部外,绝大部分人才是通过目前开设有赛马(马术)相关专业的高校进行系统培养的。为了能培养出符合社会需求的规范的合格的各类马业人才,相关的职业技能标准研究会越来越多,越来越精细化。因此,我们需要借鉴国外成熟的标准及经验,来为我国的赛马马术行业定制标准,让我国的赛马马术行业更规范,为培养行业发展所需要的标准化高级马业人才做出应有的贡献,以促进赛马(马术)行业健康、有序、持续发展。With continuous development and expansion of racecourses, jockey clubs and equestrian clubs of horse racing （equestrian） in our country, more and more practitioners of the horse-related industry chain are in need. In fact, besides just a few social equestrian clubs which provide equestrian vocational training, the vast majority of talented persons are systematically trained by colleges and universities which have established majors relating to horse racing （equestrian）. In order to train various qualified talented persons meeting the specifications and the requirements of the society for the horse industry, there will be more research on relevant vocational skills standards in a more minute way. Therefore, we need learn from foreign mature standards in setting the Chinese standards to regulate horse racing and equestrian industry so as to make due contributions to the nurture of standardized high-level talents for the development of the horse racing （equestrian） industry, and to promote its healthy, orderly and sustainable development.
