早孕期剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床及病理特点分析

摘　　要：目的分析并研究早孕期剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床和病理特点。方法回顾性分析我院在2013年3月~2016年4月收治的8例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者的临床资料,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并进行相关的整理工作,研究并讨论所有患者的临床病理特征。结果本研究所有患者的主要临床症状表现为不规则的阴道出血,所有患者均确诊。结论临床上对早孕期剖宫产瘢痕妊娠进行分析,通过磁共振能够对其进行有效的分型,对患者进行病理学检测,可以更好地诊断该疾病,在临床上对于这种疾病需要尽早发现尽早治疗。Objective Analysis and research on early pregnancy intrauterine scar pregnancy-breaking clinical and pathological features. Methods 8 cases with cesarean scar pregnancy clinical data were retrospective analysis from March 2013 to April 2016 in our hospital, the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed, and related to finishing work, study and discuss the clinical and pathological features of all patients. ResultsAll patients in this study the main clinical symptoms include irregular vaginal bleeding, all patients were diagnosed. Conclusion Clinical on early pregnancy in cesarean section to produce scar pregnancy were analyzed, by magnetic resonance to the effective classification, for patients with pathological examination, can better diagnose the disease. In clinic for this disease requires early detection of early treatment.
