关节置换治疗老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨关节置换术治疗老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月~2015年7月我院收治的老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者48例作为本次研究的对象,全部患者均采用关节置换术治疗,回顾性分析患者的临床疗效。结果手术前后MMSE与ADL评分对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;患者手术治疗优良率是93.75%。结论老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎应用关节置换术治疗具有十分显著的临床疗效,能够提高患者关节功能与生活能力。Objective To study the joint replacement treatment the clinical curative effect of senile degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods 48 patients with senile degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint were chosen as the object of the present study adopts joint replacement therapy from June 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital, all patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical curative effect. Results The MMSE and ADL scores before and after operation compared with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Surgical treatment in patients with fine rate was 93.75%. Conclusion The senile degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint application of joint replacement therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect, can significantly improve patients with joint function and life ability.
