摘　　要：林业专业合作社在降低交易成本、提高产品竞争力、增强抵抗风险的能力、促进新产品开发和新技术推广、增加林农收入等方面发挥着重要的作用。而林业专业合作社运行效率的高低是影响其发展的重要因素,文章结合林业专业合作社的特殊性,构建了林业专业合作社效率评价指标体系,并运用德尔菲法确定了其权重,其中社员人均年收入的指标权重最高。Forestry cooperatives is efficiency to reduce transaction costs, improve product competitiveness, enhance the risk resistance capacity, as well as to promote new product development and promotion of new technologies, increase the income of the farmers, those play an important role in practice. The level of the operation efficiency of forestry cooperatives is an important factor affecting the development inside and outside the cooperatives, authors analyzed the particularity of forestry cooperatives, forestry professional cooperative efficiency evaluation index system was constructed, and applied the Delphi method to determine the weight, which members with an annual per capita income of index weight is highest score as a conclusion.
