摘　　要：通过普通高校硕士研究生体育教育的开展,其目标是为了增强学生体质健康,提高学生体育素养和形成终身体育锻炼的意识。本研究在借鉴前人有关体育教学质量理论和评价理论研究的基础上,设计了硕士研究生体育教育评价的"投入——产出"模型;根据这一模型,通过特尔菲法、因子分析法和主成分分析法构建了普通高校硕士研究生体育评价指标,包括体育教育质量、体育资源保障、体育效益效果、政策环境等,构建影响硕士研究生体育教育的4个主要因素和13个具体指标来,以首都师范大学、河北师范大学、山东大学和曲阜师范大学为例进行了实证比较和排名,在进行SWOT分析法指出四所大学硕士研究生目前发展体育教育存在的优势和劣势,从而提出相应的对策和建议。The aim of college postgraduate PE education is to enhance students＇ physical health,improve sport cultivation,and form the ability to develop lifelong physical activities. Based on former research on PE teaching quality and evaluation,this paper designs the physical education graduate ＂ input- output＂ evaluation model.According to this model,through the Delphi method,factor analysis and principal component analysis methods,general college postgraduate PE evaluation indicators are founded,which include PE quality,PE resource support,PE effect,policy environment and so on,to build the 4 factors and 13 specific indicators that influence post graduates＇ physical education. Meanwhile,this paper makes SWOT analysis to analyze their strength and weakness by comparing and ranking postgraduates from Capital Normal University,Hebei Normal University,Qufu Normal University and Shandong University,aims at offering related countermeasures and suggestions.
