围绝经期女性科学健身发展的策略研究

摘  要:围绝经期女性卵巢功能逐渐衰退,体内激素水平变化剧烈,骨质大量流失,成为患骨质疏松症的高危人群。运动对缓解围绝经期女性卵巢功能衰退和骨质疏松症效果显著,但该人群在健身过程中仍存在诸多不足,已经制约其健身事业的发展,科学健身呼之欲出。社会体育指导员作为群众科学健身的组织与指导者,在促进群众体育的发展方面发挥着十分重要的作用。本研究根据围绝经期女性的生理特点,从社会会指导员的视角出发,提出应该对围绝经期女性进行科学的健身指导,帮助他们树立坚持科学健身的思想、重视运动前身体机能评价、掌握科学的健身方法和营养膳食、选择适宜的运动项目和负荷、建立健全的医务监督及恰当运用新技术,以促进围绝经期女性科学健身事业的健康发展。With the gradual hypofunction of ovary and the greatly- changed level of hormone,perimenopausal women would lose a large amount of bone substance,leaving them as the high risk group of osteoporosis. Although physical exercise contributes a lot to improving perimenopausal women's symptoms of hypofunction of ovary and osteoporosis,some problems occurred in their process of physical exercise,which has blocked the development of their scientific fitness business,and to make the scientific fitness instruction becomes more important. As the organizer and instructor of scientific exercise of the mass,social sports instructors play an important role in promoting the development of the mass sports. This paper,from the perspective of Social sports instructors,with consideration of women's specific physical conditions in this period of time,propose that Social sports instructors should give them scientific fitness instructions,including cultivating the consciousness of scientific exercise,evaluating bodily functions before exercise, keeping correct exercise modes and a healthy diet, selecting appropriate exercise programs and exercise load,etc. and offer medical supervision and services as well as to apply the related new technologies so as to accelerate the scientific development of perimenopausal women's sports and fitness.
