摘  要:通过调研铝合金等离子弧穿孔焊接在自动化焊接中的应用现状,分析铝合金等离子弧穿孔焊工艺的焊缝成型问题,运用优化设计理念,使用Solidworks软件,设计了一款以操作机系统为依托,以人在回路为主要控制模式的微型等离子弧焊接机头(VPPA焊接机头)。根据结构原理图,同时以优化设计为目标确定了VPPA焊接专机的整体设计思路,结合设计经验确定了各运动机构的整体设计方案。通过VPPA焊接机头与操作机的配合,实现了复杂空间曲线焊接焊枪与焊缝位置的精确对中,实现了良好的焊缝成型和较高的焊接效率。The application of plasma arc welding of aluminum alloy in automatic welding was analyzed. By analyzing the welding formation in plasma arc welding process of aluminum alloy,combined with SolidW orks software by using optimization design concept,an operating system was designed mainly based on people in the loop for the control mode of micro plasma arc welding head. According to the structure principle diagram,the design ideas of the VPPA welding head was determined based on the aim of optimization design,and finally the motion mechanisms were determined by combining with experience of design. Through cooperating with the operation machine,the VPPA welding head realized accuracy control of the welding torch and the welding position for complicated space curve. Finally,the advantages of the mechanism of good welding appearance and high efficiency were achieved.
