摘 要:铝熔炼炉浇注耐火内衬时,如果采用整体浇注的方式,在烘烤过程中,由于耐火材料的收缩作用,炉底和炉壁会出现大量细小裂纹。如果裂纹尺寸太大,在熔炼铝合金过程中则会导致炉底漏铝。介绍了我公司发明的一种用耐火预制块砌筑熔铝炉熔池工作层的技术,采用多个预制块将熔池安装成一个整体,然后用耐火自流浇料注入预留缝,经过简单烘烤后即可投入熔炼铝合金使用。目前采用多个预制块整体安装后浇注预留缝这种技术,已在很多熔铝炉中应用,取得了很好的效果。When integral casting is used in the refractory lining-making of the aluminum melting furnace, a large number of small cracks appear on the furnace bottom and wall due to material shrinking in the baking process. Extra large cracks will lead to furnace leakage in the process of aluminum alloy melting. A new technology invented by our company is introduced on constructing the working layer of the molten pool of the aluminum melting furnace with refractory precast blocks. Prefabricated blocks are integrated in the molten pool, reserved joints are poured with running refractory, and the pool can be ready for melting aluminum alloy simply after baking. At present, the above-mentioned technology has been used in a great many of aluminum melting furnaces, which have achieved good results.
