摘　　要：中国马克思主义文艺思想与中国特色文艺理论及其话语构建有着密切的联系。构建中国特色文艺理论与其话语体系是毛泽东《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》的基本精神与主要诉求之一。他以"工农兵"为核心,阐述了文艺与人民、文艺与生活的关系问题,并围绕这一中心,比较全面地阐述了他对文艺问题的观点与看法,论述了创造中华民族自己的文学艺术的问题。在《在中国文学艺术工作者第四次代表大会上的祝词》中,邓小平通过对文艺为人民服务的重新强调,对创作自由的肯定与阐述,对文艺工作者的充分信任,丰富与发展了中国马克思主义文艺思想与传统。这种丰富与发展一方面为中国特色文艺理论话语体系提供了新的内容,另一方面,也促进了中国特色文艺理论话语体系的建设。在《在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》中,习近平从实现中华民族伟大复兴需要中华文化繁荣兴盛、"中国精神"是社会主义文艺的灵魂和对文艺批评的论述等几个方面,阐述了构建中国特色文艺理论与其话语体系的相关理论问题;从传统思想的继承与新的思想的提出两个方面,为中国特色文艺理论与其话语体系的建构提供了具体的内容。There is a close connection between Chinese Marxism literary thoughts and the construction of Chinese literary theory discourse system. Constructing the literary theory and discourse system with Chinese characteristics is part of the essence and one of the main requirements in Mao Zedong＇s ＂Speech on Literature and Arts Forum in Yah＇an＂ . In this speech, Mao Zedong preliminarily set forth his system of literary theory. Focusing on work- ers, peasants and soldiers, he expounded the relationship between arts and people and between arts and life, gave his views and opinions on literature and arts, and discussed the problem of creating China＇s own literature and arts. in ＂The Opening Speech of the Fourth Congress of Chinese Literature Figures and Artists＂, Deng Xiaoping emphasized that literature and art should serve the people, affirming the freedom of creation and emphasizing the importance of fully trusting literature figures and artists. In this way, he enriched and developed Chinese Marxism literary thought and tradition, which both provided new contents for Chinese literary theory and discourse system and promoted the construction of Chinese literary theory and discourse system. In ＂Speech on the National Forum of Literature and Arts＂, Xi Jinping elaborated such theoretical issues in constructing literary theory and discourse system with Chinese characteristics from the following three aspects： the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation needs a thriving and prosperous Chinese culture; the spirit of China is the soul of socialist literature and arts; literary and art criticism are important. Inheriting traditional thoughts and putting forward new ideas, Xi＇s speech gives new dimensions to the construction of literary theory and discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
