山沉香超微粉与普通粉抗心肌缺血对比研究

摘　　要：目的:研究蒙药山沉香超微粉抗心肌缺血的药理学作用,并与山沉香原粉作对比研究。方法:采用冠脉结扎方法观察山沉香对心肌缺血大鼠心脏的保护作用(测定心梗面积、心电图、血清牛肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸盐脱氢酶(LDH)及病理组织观察)。结果:山沉香超微粉和原粉均有不同程度的大鼠心肌缺血保护作用:可降低大鼠血清CK、LDH的含量,升高血清SOD的含量,并能减小心肌缺血的面积,明显改善心电图,且超微粉0.75,0.375 g·kg^(-1)剂量组明显优于原粉(P<0.05);超微粉0.125 g·kg^(-1)剂量组相当于原粉0.75 g·kg^(-1)剂量组(P>0.05)。结论:相同剂量,山沉香超微粉保护心肌缺血作用优于原粉,1/2,1/4剂量超微粉保护心肌缺血作用与原粉相当。OBJECTIVE to Mongolian studies mountain aloes ultrafine powder of anti myocardial ischemia pharmacological effects,and with hill incense powder for comparative study.METHODS the coronary artery ligation method observation Hill incense on myocardial ischemia in the rat heart protective effect（a measure of area of myocardial infarction,electrocardiogram,serum CK,LDH,SOD and pathological observation）.RESULTS Mountain aloes super powder and raw powders had different degrees of rat myocardial ischemia：decrease of serum CK,LDH and increased the content of serum SOD content,and can reduce the area of myocardial ischemia,significantly improve the ECG and super micropowder 0.75,0.375 g·kg^（-1） dose group was significantly better than the original powder（P〈0.05）;ultra fine powder 0.125 g·kg^（-1） dose group is in the original powder 0.75 g·kg^（-1） dose group（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSIONthe same dose,the mountain aloes super micropowder myocardial protection ischemia effect is better than that of the original powder,1/2,1/4 dose super micropowder protect myocardial ischemia with raw powder.
