应用医品圈对妇科腹腔镜手术患者管理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析医品圈对腹腔镜手术患者满意度、术后恢复状况及生活质量的影响,为提高护理管理质量提供依据。方法连续性纳入2014年4月至2015年6月经腹腔镜手术患者173人,按随机数字表法,分为常规管理组(86人)、医品圈管理组(87人),分别给予常规护理管理措施及医品圈管理,比较两组患者满意度、术后恢复状况及生活质量改善情况。结果医品圈管理组较常规管理组总体满意度大幅提升,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医品圈管理组较常规管理组肛门排气时间、进食流质时间、下床活动时间、住院时间都较短,恢复状况较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医品圈管理组较常规管理组在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执等方面得分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医品圈可改善妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后恢复状况,提高其生活质量,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle（QCCQ） management on the satisfaction, postoperative recovery and quality of life of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Method 173 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery between April 2014 and June 2015 were included. They were divided into conventional management group with 86 patients and QCC management group with 87 patients based on random number table method. Patients＇ satisfaction, their postoperative recovery and quality of life between two groups were compared. Results The overall patients＇ satisfaction of QCC group was higher than that of conventional management group with significantlystatistic difference（P〈0.05）.The time of anal exsufflation, eating liquid time, bed activity time, hospital stays of QCC group were shorter than those of conventional management group with significantly statistic difference（P〈0.05）. The scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety, somatization,hostility and bigotry of QCC group were lower than those of conventional management group with significantly statistic difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion QCC could not only improve the postoperative recoveryof patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, but also improve their life quality with remarkable effect.
