摘　　要：近年来,宜昌市采供血量均快速增长,但是季节性缺血时有发生,无偿献血的健康发展问题日益受到重视。本文在全面分析宜昌市近年采供血现状及血液供应紧张原因的基础上,探讨了血站各个部门应对血液供应紧张应采取的措施和努力方向,以缓解供血矛盾,保证临床用血需求。In recent years, the blood capacity in Yichang increased rapidly,but seasonal shortage occurred from time to time. The problem of healthy development of blood donation drew more and more attention. Based on the comprehensive analysis on the current situation of blood donation and supply and the causes of blood shortage in Yichang in recent years, the author discussed the directions of efforts that all departments in blood bank should make during blood shortage period in order to reduce problems and guarantee the clinical use.
