摘　　要：全面介绍了荷兰地调局的组织设置与荷兰海洋区测工作的管理 ,分别就区测项目的设计、区测工作的组织与实施、区测工作的质量控制以及区测成果的表达和用户管理等几个方面进行了阐述 。Applied geological philosophy, market driven pattern, user oriented concept and flexible procedure feature the Netherlands offshore geological mapping program. This paper introduces how the Netherlands organizes and manages the offshore mapping program in the aspects of planning, implementing, quality control and user management and then gives the basic management experiences of the Netherlands offshore mapping.
