关格中医临床诊疗指南真实世界应用效果评价及相关思考

摘　　要：目的通过对关格临床患者进行前瞻性病例观察,对中医临床诊疗指南在临床真实世界中的应用效果进行评价。方法根据符合关格评价指南病种诊断的患者实际情况,由长春中医药大学附属医院的临床医生填写《中医临床诊疗指南应用评价病例调查表》。采用描述性方法进行统计分析。结果评价关格的指南,收集病例数据60例。分析结果显示总体疗效中,34份病例(56.67%)评价为"很好"及"好";安全性评价中,56份病例(93.33%)评价为"很好"及"好";在经济性评价中,51份病例(85%)评价为"很好"及"好"。结论中医临床诊疗指南在临床实践中应用效果显著。但实际应用中仍然存在一些问题。Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） clinical practice guidelines of Guange applied in the real world by observing the prospective clinical cases. Methods Clinical doctors, from Affiliated Hospital of Changchun Universi-ty of TCM, which were chosen for TCM standards research and extension to fill out the Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Prac-tice Guideline Implementation Assessment Survey according to the real situation of the patients in accordance with the diagnosis of e-valuation guidelines. The results were analyzed by using description statistical methods. Results 60 cases of clinical data were collected. The total curative effects analysis showed that 34 medical records（56.67 %） were evaluated as very good or good. The safety analysis showed that 56 medical records（ 93.33%） were evaluated as very good or good. The economic analysis showed that 51 medical records（85%） were evaluated as very good or good. Conclusion The application effect of TCM clinical practice guidelines was remarkable in the clinical practice, while there are still some problems in practical application.
