经伤椎椎弓根植骨手术固定法联合伤科壮骨片治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的效果评价

摘　　要：目的对48例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者采用经伤椎椎弓根植骨手术固定加中药治疗的疗效进行分析评价。方法此次将胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者48例纳入对象,所有入选者都在采用经伤椎椎弓根植骨手术固定治疗的基础上加中药治疗;疗程结束后对患者的临床疗效进行分析评价。结果与治疗前比较,患者的伤椎高度及Cobb角在治疗后1周、半年都明显改善,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伤椎骨折愈合显效36例,显效率为75.00%,有效12例,有效率为25.00%;总有效率为100%。结论对于胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者,在经伤椎椎弓根植骨手术固定治疗的基础上加用中药治疗具备显著疗效,可在临床普及应用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the therapeutic effect of pedicle screw fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture for 48 cases. Methods 48 cases of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture were enrolled, and all candidates received pedicle screw fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine. After treatment,the clinical curative effect was analyzed and evaluated. Results After treatment, the height of the injured vertebral height and Cobb angle was significantly improved after 1 week and six months ＇ treatment, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The number of fracture healing was 36 cases, the effective rate was 75 %, 12 cases were effective, the effective rate was 25%, and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion For the patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture, pedicle screw fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine has significant effect, and can be widely used in clinical practice.
