摘　　要：叙述了荷兰海岸带治理的历史和现状 ;重点介绍了荷兰传统的海岸带治理和“三角洲工程”。The Netherlands is well known in the world in terms of integrated coastal zone management (ICZM). The so called integrated coastal zone management covers various topics, such as the defense of coastal area from sea invasion, geo resource development, geo environment management, geo hazard mitigation, seabed utilization and land reclamation for the purpose of sustainable economic development. This paper taking coastal defense as an example deals with the major achievements and basic experiences of the Netherlands in ICZM.
