摘  要:目的 探讨热塑射频用于面部年轻化治疗的有效性和安全性.方法 对32例来诊的面部老化患者给予治疗,输出功率为单极75 -110W,双极45-60W,眼周50-60W.所有患者每2周治疗1次,共5次.治疗后随访1-3个月,通过主观满意度、皮肤科医师评价和VISIA皮肤分析仪对射频治疗的有效性和安全性进行综合评定.结果 FitzptrickⅢ型患者治疗前后皮肤皱纹评分为8.32±0.68和5.68±1.18,FitzpatrickⅣ型患者治疗前后皮肤皱纹评分为8.49±0.74和5.81±1.07,对FitzpatrickⅢ型皮肤治疗效果更显著.皮肤皱纹得到改善,无组织损伤、色素沉着等不良反应发生.结论 热塑射频作为一种非剥脱性方法用于面部年轻化的治疗安全有效,患者满意度较高.Objective To evaluate effectiveness and safety of thermoplastic RF on facial rejuvenation. Methods Thirty-two patients with facial aging were treated with the following output powers: monopolar RF 75 - 110 W , bipolar RF 45 - 60 W and periorbital RF 50 - 60 W. All patients were treated once every two weeks with five times per course. Follow-up was performed for 1 to 3 months after the final treatment. The efficiency and safety of radio frequency treatment were evaluated through subjective satisfaction, dermatologist judgment and VISIA skin analyzer. Results The VISIA scores of wrinkles in Fitzpatrick type III and type IV skin, respectively, was 8.32 ±0.68 and 5.68 ± 1.18, 8.49 ±0.74 and 5.81 ± 1.07 before and after treatment at 3 months. The effect was more remarkable in the treatment of Fitzpatrick type III skin. Wrinkles were improved without tissue injury, pigmentation or other side effects. Conclusion Thermoplastic RF as a noninvasive method was safe and effective for facial rejuvenation with high satisfaction ratings from patients.
