摘 要:采用新型陶瓷平板膜MBR工艺处理实际炼油废水,考察了该工艺对COD、石油类物质的去除效果,同时研究了陶瓷平板膜在长期运行时的膜污染特性及膜清洗恢复情况,并探讨了陶瓷平板膜对石油类物质的抗污染性能。实验结果表明:陶瓷平板膜MBR工艺对炼油废水的处理效果较好,出水ρ(COD)<50 mg/L,ρ(石油类)<8 mg/L;长期运行时陶瓷平板膜跨膜压差(transmembrane pressure,TMP)呈现出"3阶段"变化趋势;滤饼层污染是造成陶瓷平板膜污染的主要因素;污染后的陶瓷平板膜经过物理化学清洗后基本可以恢复到新膜状态,不存在严重的不可逆污染,这表明陶瓷平板膜对炼油废水中的石油类物质具有较强的抗污染性能。This research adopted MBR with a new ceramic flat sheet membrane to treat real refining wastewater,examined the removal efficiency of COD,petroleum matters,investigated the membrane fouling characteristics and membrane cleaning recovery situation of ceramic flat sheet membrane in the long run,and discussed the resistance of ceramic flat sheet membrane to petroleum matters. The experimental results showed that the treatment effect of MBR with a new ceramic flat sheet membrane on treating refining wastewater was excellent,the concentration of effluent COD was less than 50 mg / L,and the concentration of effluent petroleum matters was less than 8 mg / L. Transmembrane pressure of the ceramic flat sheet membrane presented a "three-stage"trend. Cake layer resistance was the main factor of causing ceramic flat sheet membrane fouling.After physical and chemical cleaning,ceramic flat sheet membrane fouled by various organic pollutants could be restored to its original state,and there was no serious irreversible fouling,which indicates ceramic flat sheet membrane had strong resistance to the petroleum matters in refining wastewater.
