摘 要:通过自由基聚合合成两性离子改性丙烯酸锌树脂,复配以少量的氧化亚铜制备了两性防污涂料。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)和接触角表征说明成功制备了两性离子改性丙烯酸锌树脂,且具有较低的表面能;通过扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)对藻类在涂层表面的粘附形态进行了表征;原子吸收光谱仪测试、实验室藻类粘附和海洋挂片说明制备的防污涂层在两性离子与氧化亚铜的协同作用下,具有较低的防污剂释放速率和广谱持久的抗污行为,实海挂片6个月防污效果与国际某品牌防污漆相当,能够有效抑制海洋生物附着。In this study, a zwitterionic-modified zinc acrylate copolymer was prepared via free- radical polymerization, and further mixed with cupric ion to form the zwitterion antifouling coatings. Infrared spectroscopy and contact angle measurements indicated that the zwitterion acrylate resin was prepared successfully and had low surface energy. The scanning e- lectron microscope was used to characterize the adhesive performance of algae on the surface of the prepared antifouling coating. Atom absorption spectroscopy measurement and hiofouling as- says for the settlement of the algae in laboratory experiments and the ocean field showed that the prepared coating exhibited the improved antifouling property by a synergy of zwitterion polymer and cupric ion, in addition, had a relatively low leaching rate of cupric ion. The anti- fouling effect of the prepared coatings was similar with that of the overseas product of its kind as observed by the ocean field test for 6 months, indicating that the coating had a good resist- ance to adhesion of marine microorganism.
