摘  要:以对乙烯基苯磺酸催化季戊四醇和丙烯酸反应,制备出不同羟基含量的季戊四醇丙烯酸酯混合物。进一步与由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与聚乙二醇合成的-NCO封端的聚氨酯预聚物反应,得到水性紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。用FT-IR和1H-NMR表征了产物的结构,讨论了反应的配料比对酯化反应转化率及最终光固化树脂性能的影响。所制备的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯光固化速度快、硬度高。当催化剂对乙烯基苯磺酸用量为4%,丙烯酸与季戊四醇物质的量比为3.2:1时,最终得到的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯光固化涂膜的综合洼能最佳。The UV-curable waterborne polyurethane-acrylates have been prepared by re- action of pentaerythritol acrylates having different content of hydroxyl group, which is obtained by esterification of pentaerythritol with acrylic acid at the presence of p-vinyl benzene sulfonic acid, with the --NCO terminated polyurethane prepolymer prepared by reaction of isophorone diisocyanate with polyethylene glycol. The obtained products are characterized by FT-IR and I H-NMR. The effect of different molar ratio on the esterification conversion and properties of the cured films are discussed. The obtained waterborne polyurethane-acrylates can be cured quickly to form a film with good hardness. The comprehensive performance of the cured film is optimized when the content of p-vinyl benzene sulfonic acid is 4% and the molar ratio of acryl- ic acid to pentaerythritol is 3.2:1.
