摘 要:分类综述了本征型抗静电涂料和复合型抗静电涂料的研究进展,详细介绍了碳系导电填料、金属导电填料和金属氧化物导电填料对抗静电涂料性能的影响。重点分析了抗静电涂料在雷达罩抗静电和石油罐导静电2个领域的应用现状及其在应用中存在的问题。探讨了抗静电涂料未来的发展方向,指出抗静电涂料的多功能化是未来的发展方向之一。Due to its high electrical conductivity and fast electrostatic charge eliminating capacity, the antistatic coatings have been widely used in industrial fields such as aerospace, petroleum storage, electronic/electrical products and chemical engineering, etc. The research progress in undoped and doped antistatic coatings has been carried out. The influence of diffe- rent conductive fillers such as carbon-based filler, metal filler and metal oxide filler on the antistatic property of coatings has been investigated, in particular, the application status and challenge of antistatic coatings in radome and oil storage tanks are introduced. The developing trend of antistatic coatings is discussed, pointing out that the multifunction is one of the most important trends.
