摘　　要：越来越多的发展中国家企业通过SA8000认证获得更多市场份额。文章通过对SA8000在全球及中国认证现状的了解,分析其存在的问题,最后从理论和现实层面分析SA8000认证对中国外向型经济的影响,以了解中国企业如何更好地通过认证获得较多的外向型经济发展的新优势。More and more developing countries get more market shares through SA8000 certification. This paper analyzes the existing problems about the SA8000 as well as the global and Chinese certification status. Finally, it analyzes the SA8000 certification＇s influence on China＇s export-oriented economy from the theoretical and practical aspects so as to understand how Chinese enterprises can better obtain more new advantages of export-oriented economic development through SA8000 certification.
