OPG及OPGL在牙胚细胞体外培养中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探究OPG及OPGL在牙胚细胞中的表达机制及意义。方法 :采集SD幼鼠的牙胚组织,采用全组织贴壁法培养,免疫组化法检测OPG及OPGL表达。结果及结论:体外培养第3代牙胚组织细胞,均表达OPG及OPGL蛋白,表明在牙胚组织发育过程中,OPG及OPGL参与调控牙体软硬组织发育、成熟及牙齿萌出。Objective： to explore the expression mechanism of OPG and OPGL in tooth germ cells. Methods： to collect the tooth germ tissue of SD rat, cultured by the tissue adherent method, to apply immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of OPG and OPGL. Results and conclusion： expression of OPG and OPGL protein in the third generation of tooth germ cells in vitro showed that OPGL and OPG involved in the regulation of the soft and hard tissue development, maturation and teeth eruption in the process of tooth germ development.
