摘　　要：在经济迅速发展,城镇化进程大幅提升的背景下,居民住宅环境的安全度越来越得到关注,CPTED理论在城市住宅环境中越来越发挥出重要的作用。通过研究发现在公寓中,CPTED理论要素的Territoriality可以在犯罪发生的条件和犯罪发生的目标两个方面对犯罪的发生起到限制作用,促进公寓使用者与居住环境的"交流"的同时,形成正式和非正式的监督体系,来达到共同预防犯罪的作用和影响。Under the context of rapid economic development and large-scale urbanization, the safety in residential environment draws more and more attention, and the CPTED theory plays a more and more important role in urban residential environment. Studies show that in the case of apartment-housing, the Territoriality element of the CPTED theory can limit crime occurrence from the aspects of condition of crime and criminal aim, and form a formal and informal supervision system while promoting apartment house users to ＂communicate＂ with the residential environment, to realize crime prevention.
