摘 要:摘要:研究了一种废弃油基钻井液钻屑的清洗-微生物处理技术,进行了五口井的油基钻屑清洗验证,并处理了6t油基钻屑清洗试验,证实技术的适应性能良好,现场推广可实施性强。技术以自主研发的清洗剂OCQJ为核心药剂,配套专用清洗设备,在常温下实现油基钻屑中矿物油的高效回收,油回收率达85%以上,清洗后的废渣中总石油烃含量(TPH)〈2%;清洗后的固体废渣进行微生物好氧降解,选用自主研制的石油降解菌BSG,针对残渣中难清洗回收的重质油组分进行高效降解,处理20-30d,废渣中TPH含量可降至0.3%以下,达到《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》GB4284—1984要求。Waste oil based drilling fluid cuttings cleaning - microbial treatment technology is studied. The cleaning of oil based drilling cuttings of five well is verified, and the 6 tons of oil based drilling cuttings is processed, it shows that the adaptability of the technology is good, site promotion can implement. Devel- oped OCQJ as an efficient cleaning agents, the oil based drilling cuttings efficient recycling of waste min- eral oil can be realized under the condition of usual temperature, the recovery rate is above 85%, and re- sidual oil content(TPH) is less than 2%. After cleaning efficiency degradation the petroleum hydrocarbon degradation bacteria is developed to BSG, aiming at the oil components of residue, with 20 -30 days, waste residue oil content is below 0.3 %, achieve agricultural pollution control in sewage sludge GB4284 - 1984 standard requirement.
