摘 要:针对固体发动机柔性接头需要满足宽范围容压等级下摆动检测和使用的要求,根据柔性接头的实际工况,选取了5个典型的容压等级,通过有限元法分析了不同摆角下容压对柔性接头的应力状态和安全系数影响规律,并开展了不同容压下柔性接头的摆动密封可靠性验证试验。结果表明,随着摆动容压提高,柔性接头摆动密封可靠性呈先增大、后减小的趋势。对于文中柔性接头,其摆动密封可靠性在0.15~1.0 MPa区间快速增加,从1.0~2.0 MPa缓慢增加到最高,然后呈缓慢下降趋势,且平均工作压强折算的3.8 MPa高容压下柔性接头的摆动密封可靠性远大于0.15 MPa低容压下柔性接头的摆动密封可靠性。With regard to the wide range vessel pressure during swing detecting and using of solid motor flexible joint, five typi- cal vessel pressure grades were selected, then finite element analysis method was adopted to get the influence rule of the vessel pres- sure under different swing angles.Moreover a flexible joint swing confirmation test was carried out to verify the simulation results.The simulation computation and confirmation test show that the flexible joint swing seal reliability increases first and then decreases with the vessel pressure increasing. For the flexible joint in this paper, the reliability increases rapidly from 0. 15 MPa to 1.0 MPa, then in- crease slowly from 1.0 MPa to 2.0 MPa, finally decreases slowly, and the reliability at 3.8 MPa of the conversion pressure of combus- tion chamber is far higher than the reliability at 0. 15 MPa.
