摘 要:目的:本研究应用知识发现技术开展名老中医诊疗的组方规律研究。方法:本研究结合现代信息技术研究名老中医特色经验,采用不均衡条件下频繁项、关联规则等算法开展了张云鹏教授治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的组方规律研究。结果:通过对303例非酒精性脂肪肝患者临床资料的深入分析,成功挖掘基本证型核心方及脂肪性肝炎热毒内蕴证配伍规律。结论:数据挖掘及知识发现用于名老中医学术经验研究是一种可行的方法。This study aimed to investigate the prescribing regularity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) according to the experiences of well-known TCM physicians adopting knowledge discovery technique. Professor Zhang Yunpeng's prescribing regularity in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) was analyzed by combining modern information technological studies of the experience of noted TCM physicians and assuming algorithm of frequent items and association rules under unbalanced conditions. As a result, the core prescription of common TCM syndromes and the prescribing regularity of heat-toxicity syndrome of NAFLD were mined successfully based on the analysis of 303 NAFLD patients. In conclusion, it was demonstrated that knowledge discovery application and data mining were feasible in the study of academic experiences of noted TCM physicians.
