摘　　要：随着中国科技水平的提高,发展国有设备技术,争取应用市场成为目前选矿领域的重要课题。介绍STL系列水套式离心选矿机的发展现状,包括产品研发过程、产品的设计与验证、产品改进前后结构与应用的对比及工艺参数;回顾了近年来STL系列水套式离心选矿机市场应用情况,最终阐述了STL系列水套式离心选矿机设计优化的方法以及离心选矿机在连续式设计上的发展方向。Technological advancement in China has driven domestic research and development of equipment and therefore the seizing of application market has become an important topic in the circle of mineral processing .The paper introduces current situations of the development of STL series water jacket centrifugal separator,R＆D process,design and validation of the product,comparison of structure and application before and after renovation,and process parame-ters included.The paper reviews application status of STL series water jacket centrifugal separator in market in recent years,and summarizes the design and optimization of the separator and the development trend of the separator about continuous operation design.
