摘 要:随着煤矿开采深度的不断增加,深部围岩的瞬时冲击明显增多,且荷载大小往往超过传统泊松比支护材料的屈服强度致使支护失效。而具有高支护阻力和大拉伸量的新型恒阻大变形锚杆已在静力作用下验证了其具有负泊松比效应,能良好的满足井下巷道冲击大变形控制的需求。为了研究恒阻大变形锚杆在动态冲击下的防冲力学特性,通过自主研发的恒阻大变形锚杆霍普金森拉杆冲击拉伸实验系统对某批次恒阻大变形锚杆进行了动态冲击拉伸实验。实验结果表明该锚杆能够保持恒定阻力产生结构变形来吸收冲击能量,并表现出了良好的负泊松比效应,进而验证了恒阻大变形锚杆比传统锚杆具有更好的动态防冲性能。With the increase of coal mining depth,the number of instantaneous impact of deep surrounding rock increase significantly,and the impacting force is always greater than the yield strength of the traditional Poisson's ratio supporting materials which leads to supporting failure. With the high support resistance and large tensile value,the Constant Resistance and Large Deformation bolt( CRLD) verifies its negative Poisson's ratio effect under the static condition and can meet the requirements of deep large deformation. In order to study the impact resistance mechanism of CRLD under dynamic condition,this paper introduced impact and tensile experiments through SHTB-Elongation Impacting Experiment System for CRLD with independent intellectual property rights. The experiment results verify that the CRLD bolt,with large deformation resistance under the action of impact while keeping structural deformation,shows a good effect of negative Poisson's ratio and has a better performance than that of traditional cables with good impact resistance effect.
