摘　　要：网络因其便捷性、开放性和超时空性,使得信息资讯在其中的传播与获取速度明显快于传统媒体。由于移动网络的迅猛发展和新媒体时代的到来,网络拥有了更庞大的人群基数和复杂的人口构成,同时,资讯分享的更加便捷和新型舆论格局的形成,使得网络渲染效应在网民群体中更为凸显,易对民众判断造成误导,影响深远。本文在分析网络渲染对医疗纠纷影响的基础上,提出在网络渲染下,医院实现医疗纠纷危机管理,预防医疗纠纷发生。The convenience,openness and time -space cross of Internet makes the distribution and acqui- sition of information much faster than the traditional media. Recent years saw a huge population of netizens from different backgrounds due to the rapid development of mobile networks and the coming of a new media age. Mean- while, as an efficient way to share information and newly formed pattern of public opinion, Internet makes the influ- ence of network agitation on netizens become so prominent that it is likely to mislead the judgement of netizens and bring about far - reaching efteets. On the basis of analyzing the impact of network agitation on medical disputes, this paper put forward the solutions to crisis management and the prevention of medical disputes.
