综合评价法在军队某医院医疗效果中的应用

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析和评价某军队医院近十年治疗效果,为质量管理提供依据。方法以2005—2014年出院患者治疗效果数据为依据,采用Ridit法综合评价医疗效果。结果数据显示2005、2006、2007、2010、2011年治疗效果高于总体水平,其中2007年治疗效果在近10年中最佳,2008、2009、2012、2013、2014年治疗效果有所下降,低于10年总体水平。结论通过不断提高医疗技术水平、不断提升医疗服务质量、加大人才培养力度等途径进一步提高医疗效果。Objective To carry out a retrospective study and evaluation on therapeutic effects of a military hospital from the year 2005 to 2014. Methods Ridit method was used to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results Of the recent 10 years, the medical quality was better in the year of 2005, 2006, 2007, 2010 and 2011, and the quality of 2007 was the best. The quality of curative effects declined in the year of 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013 and 2014, which were worse than the average level of the recent 10 years. Conclusion The key to enhance medical quality is to improve medical technology and medical service quality and strengthen personnel training.
