摘　　要：对高原驻训的卫勤分队人员,在返回平原之前采取口服药物、阶梯适应、适度休整等方法进行干预,减少高原脱适应反应的发生和减轻反应程度,对发生严重反应者应进行专科治疗。应重视对高原脱适应反应的认识、防治和研究。Before returning to the plain, health service detachment personnel stationed in the plateau for military traing should take some methods of intervention to reduce the occurrence and the degree of De - adaptation to high altitude. At the same time, they should strengthen the understanding, prevention and research on the de - adaptation to high altitude.
