摘　　要：建立区域一体化卫勤保障模式是军队卫勤保障的一个重要发展方向。结合承担全军区域一体化卫勤保障模式改革试点经验和近年来完成多样化非战争军事行动卫勤保障实践,就如何提高战时和应急情况下的卫勤保障效能和效率,探索军队医院与部队卫生机构模块化混合编组、实战化联演联训、一体化联合保障的卫勤保障新模式,为军队卫勤保障模式改革提供借鉴。Establishing the regional integration mode of medical service is an important developing direc- tion of military medical support. Combining the practice of various military support of our hospital for years with the experience we obtained during the pilot of regional integration mode of medical service, we investigated how to im- prove efficiency of diverse non - war military medical support in war - time and emergency. Meanwhile, we ex- plored a new mode of diverse medical support of hybrid modules of personnel in hospital and troops, co - training and co - practice in simulating real combat, regional integration of military medical support, which may provide ref- erence for military medical support reform in military hospitals.
