7S现场管理法在特勤疗养科管理中的应用

摘　　要：7S现场管理法是一种基础管理方法,起源于20世纪50年代日本大型企业的5S管理方法。因简单实用、优点突出,很快得到推广,并在实际运用中被逐渐完善、充实,加入安全、节约等内容,并称为7S。近年国内有医疗机构引进,明显提高原有的管理能力及服务水平。自2012年1月起在特勤疗养科管理中引入此管理方法,并结合自身特点要求进行改进,取得显著效果。在对7S现场管理法进行概述的基础上,探讨其在特勤疗养科管理中的运用。This paper discussed the application of 7S on -site management method in the management of special service recuperation department. 7S on -site management method is a basic management method, which de- rives from 5S management method of large -scale Japanese enterprises in 1950s. Due to its simplicity, utility and other prominent advantages, it is quickly promoted and gradually perfected and improved in actual application. It＇s called 7S by adding another two 5 into 5S, namely safety and saving. In recent years, it was introduced to several domestic medical institutions which obviously improved the original management ability and service level. We have introduced this management method in the management of Special Service Recuperation Department since January 2012 and improved it in combination with our own characteristics to achieve remarkable results.
