危险性分级护理对急性上消化道出血患者情绪及BRS积分的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析危险性分级护理对急性上消化道出血（AUGIH）患者情绪及Blatchford入院危险性积分（BRS）的影响.方法 选择江苏省无锡市第二人民医院2013年3月—2015年7月收治的93例AUGIH患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组48例及观察组45例,分别施以常规护理及危险性分级护理.比较干预前后两组患者的症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分及BRS分级情况.结果 干预后观察组人际关系、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧、神经质均分及总均分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.干预后观察组BRS〈6分患者比例（73.33%,33/45）多于对照组（52.08%,25/48）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.469,P〈0.05）.结论 危险性分级护理对缓解AUGIH患者负性情绪及减低患者BRS评分均有重要意义.Objective To analyze the effects of risks grading nursing on emotion and Blatchford risk score system （ BRS） influencing factors in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 93 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the Wuxi No. 2 People＇s Hospital from March 2013 to July 2015 were randomly admitted to either observation group （n=45 ） or control group （n=48）. The patients of control group adopted routine nursing and the patients of observation group received risk grading nursing. The two groups were given positively nursing intervention. Before and after intervention, the scores of symptom checklist and BRS were compared between the two groups. Results After the interventions, there were significant differences in interpersonal relationship, somatic, depression, anxiety, fear, nervousness and total average score between the two groups （ all scores of observation group〈all scores of the control group） （ P〈0. 05）. The percentage of patients with BRS〈6 in the observation group （73. 33%,33/45） was more than that in the control group （52. 08%, 25/48） （χ2 =4. 469, P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Taking risks grading nursing has important significance for alleviating the negative emotions of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and reducing the patient BRS score.
