以问题为导向的护理查房方案对内分泌科室护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨以问题为导向的护理查房方案对内分泌科室护理质量的影响.方法 选取2013年3—12月住院的符合条件的内分泌科患者60例为观察组,选取2012年3—12月住院的符合条件的内分泌科患者60例为对照组.对照组按照常规护理查房模式进行,除床旁交接班外,护士长每星期组织查房1次;观察组运用以问题为导向的护理查房模式.评价内分泌科室的护理质量、护理缺陷及患者的满意度.结果 以问题为导向的护理查房模式中基础护理、特一级护理、急救药械、护理安全、消毒隔离、护理文书、技术水平、整体护理、行为规范评分明显高于常规护理查房模式,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.观察组患者的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组有1例发生护理缺陷,对照组发生8例,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 通过实施以问题为导向的护理查房方案,解决了护士在工作中遇到的复杂问题,如糖尿病伴有类风湿性关节炎的护理等,充分调动了全体护士的工作积极性,提高了责任护士的查房能力和护理质量,同时也提高了患者的满意度.Objective To explore the influences of problem-oriented nursing ward round scheme on nursing quality in Endocrine Department. Methods We selected 60 eligible patients in Endocrine Department from March 2013 to December 2013 as observation group, and 60 patients from March 2012 to December 2012 as control group. The patients of control group underwent conventional nursing round organized by nurse manager once a week in addition to shift changes at the beside. The patients of observation group received problem-oriented nursing round. The quality of care, nursing defects and the patients＇ satisfaction were evaluated in Endocrine Department. Results For problem-oriented nursing rounds, the scores of basic nursing, special and first order nursing, emergency equipment, nursing safety, disinfection and isolation, nursing documents, technology level, holistic nursing and behavioral guidelines in the observation group were significantly higher than these in the control group （P〈0. 01）. The patients＇satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0. 01）. The nursing defects in the observation group （1case） were less than that （8 cases） in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The problem-oriented nursing round scheme can help to cope with the complex problems during nursing, such as care in patients with diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis, et al. At the same time, the problem-oriented nursing round scheme improves the enthusiasm of the nurses, the nurse＇s ability of nursing round, nursing quality and the patients＇satisfaction.
