预防深静脉血栓护理评估信息模块的构建与临床应用

摘　　要：目的 介绍深静脉血栓护理评估信息模块的构建与临床应用效果.方法 设计并完善护理评估电子表单,比较深静脉血栓护理评估信息模块应用前后深静脉血栓评估正确率及护理评估用时的差异.结果 深静脉血栓护理评估信息模块应用后,深静脉血栓评估正确率从80%提高至98%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=49.64,P〈0.01）;护理评估信息模块应用后深静脉血栓评估用时从（5.36±3.02）min降至（1.24±2.89）min,差异有统计学意义（t=7.63,P〈0.05）.结论 深静脉血栓护理评估信息模块的应用提高了护理人员的工作效率,同时保障了患者安全.Objective To introduce the construction and clinical application of nursing assessment information model to prevent deep vein thrombosis （ DVT） . Methods The electronic nursing assessment sheet was designed and perfected, the correct rate and nursing assessment length of DVT were compared. Results After the application of DVT nursing assessment information model, the correct rate of DVT assessment increased from 80%to 98% （χ2 =49. 64,P〈0. 01）;the assessment length decreased from （5. 36 ± 3. 02）min to （1. 24 ± 2. 89）min （t=7. 63,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The application of DVT nursing assessment information model can improve nursing staff members＇work efficacy and protect patients＇safety.
